 Delivery Policy

• Goods will be shipped by courier the next day after the placement of your order.
• Upon receipt of goods, the goods need to be inspected for any damages.
• Damages must be reported to Trigger Backdrops (Pty)Ltd upon receipt with photos of damaged packaging.
• Trigger Backdrops (Pty)Ltd will not be responsible for late deliveries due to riots, incorrect delivery details or receiver not available to receive the goods.
• In the events where the incorrect delivery details or receiver not available to receive the goods the extra costs will be for the receiver.

 Refund Policy

• Thanks for purchasing our products operated by Trigger Backdrops (Pty) Ltd.
• In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
• The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
• After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
• The money will be refunded by EFT payment method.
• If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
